JUDGMENT 1. Owen Punyer (the offender) appears for sentence after pleading guilty in the Local Court to an offence of supply prohibited drug not less than the commercial quantity contrary to s 25(2) Drug Misuse & Trafficking Act 1985. 2. The maximum penalty for this offence is 20 years imprisonment. Parliament has also prescribed a standard non-parole period of 10 years.
