For the offence of Manslaughter, MR is convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for 4 years and 6 months to commence on 28 July 2022 and to expire on 27 January 2027 with a non-parole period of 2 years and 6 months to commence on 28 July 2022 and to expire on 27 January 2025. I order that MR serve the whole of his sentence prior to his release on parole as a juvenile offender. 2. For the offence of Affray against JB, without recording a conviction, pursuant to s 33(1)(a) of the Children (Criminal Proceedings) Act 1987 (NSW), the offence is dismissed. 3. For the offence of Wield Knife in a Public Place against JB, the offence is not proven and is dismissed. 4. For the offence of Affray against CS, without recording a conviction, pursuant to s 33(1)(a) of the Children (Criminal Proceedings) Act 1987 (NSW), the offence is dismissed. 5. For the offence of Wield Knife in a Public Place against CS, the offence is not proven and is dismissed.
