Pursuant to s 313 of the Act, I make a contract determination to be known as the Interim Transport Industry – Concrete Haulage Contract Determination in the terms contained in Schedule B to the Amended Application. 2. Pursuant to s 320 of the Act, the Transport Industry – Concrete Haulage Contract Determination is rescinded. 3. These orders take effect on 26 July 2024.
