(2) Pursuant to s 149C(4)(b) of the National Law the Tribunal decides that the Respondent is disqualified from being registered in the nursing profession for two years from the date of these orders. (3) Pursuant to s 149C(4)(c) of the National Law the National Board is required to record the fact that if the Respondent were still registered, the Tribunal would have cancelled her registration in the National Register kept by the Board. (4) Pursuant to s 149C(7) of the National Law an application for review of Order 1 may not be made for a period of two years from the date of these orders. (5) Under clause 13 of Schedule 5D of the National Law, the Respondent is to pay the HCCC's costs as agreed or assessed.
