The intervening period between removal and reinstatement of the applicant shall be counted for all purposes as a period of employment; and (4) If the payment of income protection insurance to the applicant had ceased before the date of these orders, the applicant has liberty to have the matter restored to the list within 14 days of the date of these orders.
