DECISION 1. On 8 November 2024, the Public Service Association and Professional Officers' Association Amalgamated Union of New South Wales ("PSA") filed an application by consent seeking to have the Commission make a new award pursuant to section 10 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW). It is to have a three-year term ending on 30 June 2027 and is to be known as Crown Employees (NSW Police Force Special Constables) (Security) Award 2024 ("consent award"). The application sought as a consequence that the Commission rescind the existing award known as Crown Employees (NSW Police Force Special Constables) (Security) Interim Award 2024 ("Interim Award"), pursuant to section 17 of the Industrial Relations Act.
