(5) Quash the aggregate sentence imposed in the District Court on 21 November 2023. (6) In lieu thereof, sentence the applicant to an aggregate term of imprisonment of 7 years and 6 months consisting of a non-parole period of 3 years and 9 months commencing on 20 March 2022 and expiring on 19 December 2025 with a balance of term of 3 years and 9 months commencing on 20 December 2025 and expiring on 19 September 2029.
