(2) Pursuant to s 149C(7) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW), Dr Power may not apply for review of the cancellation order for 24 months. (3) Dr Power is to pay 65 per cent of the Health Care Complaints Commission's costs of these proceedings as agreed or as assessed under the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2013 (NSW). (4) The application made by Dr Power for a non-publication order in respect of his name under cl 7(1)(b)(iii) of Sch 5D to the Health Practitioner Regulation Law (NSW), is refused.
