Pursuant to s 4(2) of the Adoption Act 2000 (NSW), the Court determines that, on the evidence before the Court, the children are not children of Aboriginal descent, with the consequence that the children are not Aboriginal children within the meaning of s 4(1) of the Act. 2. Determine that, for the purposes of s 34 of the Adoption Act, the Secretary has made reasonable inquiries as to whether the children are Aboriginal children.
