SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES COURT OF APPEAL
SAMUELS, CLARKE JJA Hope AJA
12 February 1991
[1991] NSWCA 157
Samuels JA We do not think that this case is a proper one in which to grant
leave to appeal. We are not satisfied that any errors, sufficient to authorise the
intervention of this Court, have been shown in Young J's decision to grant the
interlocutory relief which he granted on the material before him. In any event, we
are of the opinion that it would be inappropriate for this Court to intervene in this
matter at this stage.
Accordingly we dismiss the summons with costs.
