Meagher JA, Handley JA and Cripps JA. The Court has considered this
appeal and is unanimously of the view that it is without merit. The Court is of the
view that the Master was perfectly correct in the judgment at which he arrived
and we are therefore content to adopt the Master's reasons.
The order of the Court is that the appeal is dismissed with costs.
Orders accordingly.
