Gleeson CJ This is an appeal from a decision of his Honour Judge Coleman in the Compensation Court. Having regard to the time of the institution of the appeal, the appellant, in order to succeed, must demonstrate an error of law. The appellant's primary contention is that it was denied natural justice in the proceedings before Judge Coleman. If that contention is made good, then an error of law will have been demonstrated (Escobar v Spindaleri (1986) 7 NSWLR 51).
