NSW Caselaw
TRIDEN PROPERTIES LIMITED v CAPITA FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED
SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES — COURT OF APPEAL
CLARKE JA, MEAGHER JA and SHELLER JA 8 November 1993
[1993] NSWCA 273
Clarke JA. The court is of opinion that the appeals as filed are incompetent and leave is necessary and the court will later give written reasons for that conclusion, it being understood that there is a need for these reasons in order to make it quite plain what the court's attitude is in the light of the decision of Olney J.
On the question of leave the court is of opinion that leave should be denied. The application is dismissed with costs.
Orders accordingly.
