This is an application by RT Thomas & Family Pty Ltd for an order to extend the time for appealing against orders made by Giles J on 30 January 1996. The application while not consented to is not opposed and I am prepared to make the order asked for.
The order is: 1. Leave to the claimant to file a notice of appeal by 4 pm 11 March 1996. 2. The claimant to pay the costs of this application of the fourth respondent in an amount of $200, otherwise no order as to costs.
