DISTRICT COURT — JURISDICTION — APPEALS The Roads and Traffic Authority cancelled drivers' licences under the Motor Traffic Regulations. The licensees appealed unsuccessfully to the Local Court. They sought to appeal further to the District Court under s122 of the Justices Act — HELD — S122 did not cover the case and no further appeal lay to the District Court.
DISTRICT COURT — JURISDICTION — STAY OF PROCEEDINGS — HELD — the District Court had no power to stay the orders of cancellation pending the resolution of the jurisdictional issue mentioned above.
