Summons
This is an application for leave to appeal from a judgment of Finnane AJ given on 25 August 1997 and for an extension of time.
The Court is of the opinion that the time for filing the summons should be extended in the manner sought but is not persuaded that error has been shown in the judgment from which it is sought leave to appeal.
Accordingly, the application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs.
