1. Order that within 30 days the third cross-defendant pay to the cross-claimant the sum of $1,400,000. DECISION : 2. Order that the third cross-defendant pay the cross-claimant $2,000 per week by way of maintenance until payment is made in full of the amount the subject of order one. 3. Direct that the exhibits be dealt with in accordance with Part 51, r 51.24 and r 51.43 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005. 4. Order that the third cross-defendant pay the cross-claimant's costs of and incidental to the cross-claim.
