2 The Legal Services Division of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal ("the Tribunal") heard and determined the information.
3 The grounds of the information are: (1) The Solicitor wilfully breached Section 61 of the Act. (2) The Solicitor wilfully breached Section 62 of the Act. (3) The Solicitor acted in breach of Regulation 30 of the Legal Profession Regulations 1994. (4) The Solicitor acted in breach of Regulation 32 of the Legal Profession Regulations 1994.
