Appeal allowed and judgment of the judicial member below set aside; 2. The respondents pay all rent owing to the applicant in accordance with the terms of the lease between the parties plus interest pursuant to s 72A Retail Leases Act 1994 at the District Court judgment debt rate; 3. If the parties are unable to agree on the quantum of rent payable, liberty to apply to list the matter before a judicial member of the Tribunal; 4. If the rent or any part therof remains unpaid within fourteen (14) days of the parties' agreement as to the amount owing, or failing such agreement, the Tribunal's determination of the amount owing, the applicant be entitled to serve notice in writing terminating the lease.
