Introduction 1 This is an application by Mr Lal for the Tribunal to review a decision made by the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board (the President). The President's decision was to decline Mr Lal's complaints of discrimination, harassment and victimisation because they did not disclose a contravention of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (the Act).
