Consequently the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to review the agency's conduct in disclosing that information.; 3. The information in the third paragraph of the undated letter from the agency to the Legal Practitioners Admission Board is "personal information" within the meaning of that term in s 4 of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. ; 4. Registry to re-list the matter for a further planning meeting on a date to be fixed in consultation with the Tribunal, the parties and the Privacy Commissioner.
