REASONS FOR DECISION
Background
1 The applicant brought proceedings in this Tribunal in 2007 for relief under the Retail Leases Act 1994 ('the Act') in relation to a tenancy claim and an unconscionable conduct claim. 2 The (amended) application alleged that the Respondent breached its obligations under the Act in a number of respects including the unlawful termination of a lease and that it conducted itself in a manner which was unconscionable.
