JUDGMENT: Brian Arthur Phillips was found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct by the Legal Services Tribunal, for delaying and failing to provide accounts in respect of fees for services provided by the Solicitor. The Tribunal also determined the Solicitor was guilty of professional misconduct for breach of S61(3)(b) and Regulation 8 of the Legal Profession Act 1987, in transferring funds from trust without the client's authority. The Solicitor was fined.
