1 These are proceedings brought under s 154 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 by Kim Hollingsworth against the Commissioner of Police.
2 I shall leave to one side the question of jurisdiction, which was not argued before me, but, presumably, the jurisdiction of the court to deal with this application arises by reference to the underlying jurisdiction of the Commission whether under s 84, s 106 or the like.
