1 I make the following order: Order number 5 in this matter is varied by omitting the words at the end of order 5, namely, those words "further order of the Court", and replacing them with the words "18 October 2005"
2 The orders in this matter are further varied to include a new order number 7 in the following terms: Further to Order 4, liberty to apply is granted to the applicants to make application for lump sum orders.
