ORDERS:
15 INTERLOCUTORY JUDGMENT
The Defendant, Adam Paul Hutchinson, faces the following charges:- "(For that he) between 10.30am on 26th January, 2007 and 1.00pm on 27th February, 2007, at Ivanhoe in the State of New South Wales, did intimidate Louise Cass May Russ with the intention of causing her to fear physical or mental harm."
This charge is contrary to Section 562AB (1) Crimes Act, 1900 and carries a potential maximum penalty of imprisonment for two years and/or a fine of 50 penalty units when dealt with in the Local Court. It is necessary for the prosecution to establish beyond reasonable doubt:-
