1 This matter concerns a notification pursuant to Section 130 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 ("the Act") lodged by the Electrical Trades Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch ("the Union") and M & K Tree Solutions ("the Respondent") concerning underpayment of wages and a subsequent small claim pursuant to Section 380 of the Act on behalf of Mr Richard Redman, a member of the Union. 2 The notification was filed on 11 August 2005 and set down for compulsory conference on 26 August 2005 at the request of the Union.
