Application by Unions NSW for a State Decision - State Wage Case 2006 under section 51 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996
ORDERS OF THE FULL BENCH

[2006] NSWIRComm 46
1 The Full Bench makes the following orders:
1. On the application of its Senior Counsel the Commission revokes the limited right of intervention granted on 20 December 2005 to the Commonwealth.
2. In place thereof, the Commission grants to the federal Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations the limited right to intervene he seeks today; that is, to advance the application set out in his amended notice of motion filed in court today.
3. The Commission reserves its decision on the applications made today.
4. Until that decision is delivered the directions made by the Commission on 20 December 2005 remain in full force and effect.
2 The Full Bench adjourns.
