1 The Decision in the claim for unfair dismissal by Ms Algeri was handed down on 16 May 2006: Lana Maree Algeri and GGA Law Practice Pty Ltd t/as Galluzzo Golotta Andriano [2006] NSWIRComm 1077. At that time it was found that the termination of employment was unjust, no less so because of the admission by the respondent to that effect. The following Orders were issued: I order 1. That the respondent GGA Law Practice Pty Ltd t/as Galluzzo Golotta Andriano pay to the applicant Lana Maree Algeri an amount of $4640.00 being eight weeks' pay at the rate of $580.00 per week. 2. That the amount in order 1 is to be paid within 21 days of the date of this decision.
