1 This appeal relates to development application No 10.2003.526.1 which relates No. 21 Campbell Street Gerringong and involves: - The demolition of an existing single storey dwelling - The subdivision of the land into two lots - The erection of two attached two-storey dual occupancy buildings; and - The further subdivision of the dual occupancy sites.
