JUDGMENT 1 COMMISSIONER: This is an appeal against a number of conditions imposed by Manly Council on DA 28/06 (the application) for alterations and additions to an existing dwelling at 29 Edgecliffe Parade, Seaforth (the site). The application provides for alterations and additions to the existing dwelling including an additional level to the existing dwelling, a swimming pool, cabana, fencing and landscaping.
