JUDGMENT 1 This appeal relates to a development application, No. 281/02, which seeks consent for the development of the properties at 13 and 15 Honiton Avenue, Carlingford, comprising the demolition of two existing dwelling houses, the subdivision of the two lots into three new allotments and the erection of six dwellings in the form of three detached dual occupancy developments. Subsequent Torrens Title subdivision of the six dwellings is also proposed.
