JUDGMENT Background. 1 This appeal was lodged against conditions imposed by Council on a development consent for the construction of a single garage with attic room over, fronting onto (No 58) Alt Lane, Queens Park. The application follows a similar proposal, which was refused by the Court on 1 November 2006 in Appeal No 10502 of 2006.
