JUDGMENT 1 COMMISSIONER: This is an appeal against condition 3(d) imposed by Leichhardt Council (the council) on the approval of D/2003/305 for alterations and additions to an existing dwelling at 177 Johnston St., Annandale (the site). The appeal was conducted as an On Site Hearing.
