JUDGMENT
1 This judgment is for an appeal under s 37 of the Valuation of Land Act 1916 (the Act) in respect of the land known as 78 Kalakau Avenue, Forresters Beach on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The owners of the subject land are contesting the land value of $993,000 for the base date of 1 July 2003. The date the valuation was made was 14 October 2003.
