JUDGMENT 1 COMMISSIONER: This is an appeal made under s 97(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the Act) against the decision by Camden Council (the council) to impose a condition of consent requiring a 12 month trial period on a development consent granted for the fit-out and use of Units 2 and 3, 9 Iando Way Currans Hill as a liquor shop.
