JUDGMENT Introduction 1 Situated on land at the corner of Campbelltown Road and Blomfield Road in Denham Court is the "Leaping Learners Child-Care Centre" that can, within two single-storey buildings, accommodate 74 children. It has 10 staff and parking for 23 cars with separate access and egress off Blomfield Road. There is an existing two-storey dwelling house towards the northern end of the site with access off Campbelltown Road.
