JUDGMENT Introduction 1 Situated at 246 Campbelltown Road Denham Court is an allotment of land having an area of 1.568 ha that is developed with a single detached dwelling house. The applicant in these proceedings now proposes to subdivide this allotment into two lots -Lots 1 and 2- having respective areas of 7250 square metres and 8330 square metres. Lot 1 is to retain the existing dwelling house. The resulting hatchet shaped lot 2 that has a 10.83 wide accessway off Campbelltown Road has, on the plan of subdivision an area indicated as being suitable for a dwelling house.
