JUDGMENT 1 On 4 October 2006, the Marrickville Council granted conditional Development Consent No 200600347 for the carrying out of alterations to the mainly single, part two storey premises at 42 Hutchinson Street, St Peters and the use of the building for bread manufacture. The premises is now being used for this purpose.
