JUDGMENT 1 This appeal relates to a development application for the development of land at 5 and 5A Lawrence Street and 18 Marmora Street, Freshwater. The proposed development involves the demolition of a number of existing structures, the construction of three-storey retail and commercial building fronting Lawrence street, the construction of two three-storey residential flat buildings each containing five dwellings and the construction of a two-storey detached dwelling. Car parking for the commercial building is to be provided in a basement with access of Lawrence Street. Car parking for the residential flat buildings and the detached dwelling is to be provided in a basement with access off Marmora Street.
