JUDGMENT Introduction 1 This appeal relates to Development Application No D694-06 for the use of an existing rural/residential property for the purposes of a business training facility at 210 Donald Range Rd., Razorback. The owners of the property also propose to use the premises on a limited basis (weekends) for residential purposes. Sixteen on site car parking spaces are to be provided, two of these in the garage.
