JUDGMENT Introduction 1 Included in the Elizabeth Bay Conservation Area ("the conservation area") is a peninsular site on the prominent corner of Roslyn Street and Kellett Way in Kings Cross. The triangular shaped site is identified as 5 – 9A Roslyn Street, Kings Cross and has frontages to both Roslyn Street and Kellett Way. The site is occupied by several older style buildings of 2-3 storeys presently utilised for a restaurant, residence, cafe and shop. These buildings have little heritage significance.
