JUDGMENT Introduction 1 This is an appeal in relation to a development application for the demolition of a number of existing residential and commercial buildings and the construction of an eight storey mixed-use development comprising 128 dwellings and various retail areas plus 4 two-storey residential duplex or townhouse buildings at 171 - 187 Parramatta Road and 58 and 60 Victoria Street, Granville. The mixed-use building as it presents to Parramatta Road is to have a length of some 80 m.
