Set aside the declarations and orders made by Bergin J to the extent of - (a) deleting subparagraph (a) from each of declarations 12 and 14; (b) deleting the references to the second appellant from each of orders 18 and 19; (c) making consequential grammatical and punctuation alterations. 3. Order the appellants to pay the respondent's costs of the appeal. 4. Liberty to apply on two days notice.
