In lieu therefof the applicant be sentenced as follows: The applicant is sentenced to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment with a non parole period of 2 years 6 months. The applicant will be eligible to be relased on parole on 4 February 2002. The sentence would date from 3 August 1999.
