That sentence will expire on 23 July 2004; With respect to his conviction on the second count (being knowingly concerned in the importation of a commercial quantity of cocaine) the applicant is sentenced to a term of seven years imprisonment to date from 24 July 2004. That sentence will expire on 23 July 2011; Pursuant to s 19AB of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) fix a single non-parole period of eight years to date from 24 July 1999. That period will expire on 23 July 2007
