Crown appeal against the sentence imposed on Joseph Michael Hickey dismissed; 2.(a) Crown appeal against the sentences imposed on Thomas John Hickey allowed; sentences quashed; (b) In lieu of the sentences imposed Thomas John Hickey is sentenced as follows: (i) On the robbery in company of the National Bank, Warrawong to imprisonment for 4 years 6 months commencing on 2 May 2001 with a non-parole period of 3 years expiring on 1 May 2004; (ii) On the TAB Burwood robbery in company to imprisonment for 4 years 6 months commencing on 2 November 2002 and expiring on 1 May 2007 with a non-parole period of 2 years 6 months expiring on 1 May 2005
