JUDGMENT 1 HIS HONOUR: The plaintiff, Hakija Sinanovic, filed a summons in the Administrative Law Division on 27 June 2001 seeking the following orders: "1. An order the NSW DPP intervenes with NSW Dept of Corrective Services to ensure applicant remains at MRCC until conclusion of all pending legal matters now before the courts
