The applicant is sentenced to a period of 28 years imprisonment from 19 February 1987 to 18 February 2015. I fix a non-parole period of 20 years from 19 February 1987, to conclude on 18 February 2007, by which time the applicant will be eligible for consideration of parole; and 3. Conditions of parole are as outlined in paras 112-113.
