Non-parole period in respect of that offence of 9 years, to date from 11 September 2001 and to expire on 10 September 2010.; Sentence in relation to the murder of Bevan James Frost: imprisonment for 17 years, to commence from 11 September 2005, and to expire on 10 September 2022. Non-parole period of 9 years to date from 11 September 2005 and to expire on 10 September 2014 - which will be the earliest date of eligibility for release on parole. The overall head sentence is accordingly one of 21 years, with an effective non-parole period of 13 years.
